I am a clinical child psychologist and a cognitive psychotherapist. I offer both short-term and open-ended psychotherapy for adults, young people and children. I was trained in Hungary , but had several study opportunities abroad (Israel, Germany, Italy). My approach is mainly cognitive, that is I find it crutial how we construct the world around and in us, and how we tend to feel and think the same-not always optimal- manner. I see patients with a wide range of difficulties, such as family-, relationship-, and child-related problems; depression, stress, and anxiety; dealing with difficulties in adolescence; but some clients come to see me to improve his/her self-knowledge.
